In the fifth of our review series, we decided to attend the establishment of The Office, a sports bar that specializes in beer and bar food, such as wings. This visit was spontaneous, i.e. two days after our last review, but we wanted to go. Unfortunately, Left Wing had a family engagement, so was unavailable. The Office was out first establishment that we attended when we began to enjoy wings, so we have been here many times before, with Left Wing, and with others. So Trim and G.Had decided we could rate this place well without the help of Left Wing. Although we will come back again.
Our visit commenced at approximately 7pm, where we sat at a table close to the window, as always. The service is alright - little harsh at first, but then nice. The bar has an older clientele, and has a typical sports bar feel to it. Awesome atmosphere - great wing ambiance. This is where, along with Einsteins, the wing experience was created for us. Definitely a repeat visit, after going to other places.
We ordered two pints (one each), then our wings. This restaurant, being a sports bar, charges per wing, rather than per pound. On this day, the wings cost $0.55 each, whereas on Tuesday they are $0.30, and on friday they are $0.35 (with the purchase of a beer). Compare that to the per wing price of other establishments (not Einsteins), and you have $0.80 or a little more or a little less. So awesome price. The entire visit only cost $36 (tax and tip included). Blue cheese, although very good, cost $0.50, and we ordered two bits of extra sauce, which cost $0.50 as well. We ordered 15 Buffalo wings, and 15 Florida style wings. The Buffalo wings contain more sauce but then skin and batter, whereas the Florida wings (i.e. Montana's style) contain a little less sauce with more batter and spices (garlic and such).

As soon as I walked in I felt some serious chill vibes, and when I got my pint of Keith's, bam I was feeling ready for some wings, sons. The menu was great, they charged by the wing, not by the pound, and you can officially request EXTRA SAUCE, GOLD. Another cool thing is the choice of Florida Style wings or Buffalo Style. Although we sort of consider ourselves wing experts, I never knew the difference between these two styles, until now. And the price CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, on a Tuesday or Friday it's even cheaper than Einstiens. Anywho, the wings came, we ordered hot and yes they were HOT, perfect, great sauce, and great texture, but oh no, bad meat and too small, damn, now the points come off, if only they had a better brand or a different supplier, because the preparation and post construction alone could potentially score this place a perfect score. Oh well, nobody's perfect (except Einstiens).

The service was good, and the wing ambiance is top notch. Great place to come and drink and eat wings, and relatively cheap too (around the price of Einsteins, except for the beer price). Definitely a repeat visit. The wing sauce is tight too - very good, and hot (like we ordered it). The size is pretty bad though (really small) - if they found the wings Einsteins has - they'd get a 5. I prefer the Buffalo style over the Florida style, as the Florida has too much skin and batter and grease. The blue cheese sauce, although not as good as Einsteins, and was a bit runny (i.e. dressing), was still thick enough and very good. The wing ambiance here is awesome, and will drive us to come back.
